Description
Desirable Near-Gem 1895-S Morgan
1895-S $1 MS64 PCGS. Highly lustrous and nicely struck with moderate peripheral golden-brown toning. The fields are well preserved. This lower mintage issue is a better date in all grades, and Uncirculated examples are desirable. Q. David Bowers (2007) states MS63 is the optimal collecting grade for the '95-S, but we respectfully disagree, given current CDN values.
