Conditionally Elusive 1896 Dollar, MS67
1896 $1 MS67 NGC. The 1896 Morgan dollar is one of the most underappreciated condition rarities in the entire series. Almost 10 million of these coins were struck, and survivors are easily obtained in grades through MS65, but above that level they are elusive. This Superb Gem is fully lustrous with brilliant silver-white surfaces and sharp design details. Both sides are frosty and untoned.
