Select 1896-O Morgan Dollar
Rarest Morgan in High Grade
1896-O $1 MS63 PCGS. The 1896-O Morgan dollar was produced
in large quantities, but the date was also widely circulated during
the 19th century. Today, the 1896-O is the most difficult issue of
the series to locate in Gem condition. The present coin is well
struck, with a touch of softness on the eagle's breast and the hair
over the ears. Light touches of gold toning grace the lustrous
surfaces, and only minor abrasions are evident.From The Helen Gates Kirk Collection.(Registry values: P9, N2998)
