Description

Select 1896-O Morgan Dollar
Rarest Morgan in High Grade

1896-O $1 MS63 PCGS. The 1896-O Morgan dollar was produced in large quantities, but the date was also widely circulated during the 19th century. Today, the 1896-O is the most difficult issue of the series to locate in Gem condition. The present coin is well struck, with a touch of softness on the eagle's breast and the hair over the ears. Light touches of gold toning grace the lustrous surfaces, and only minor abrasions are evident.
