Scarce Select 1896-S Morgan
1896-S $1 MS63 PCGS. Dappled pastel tan toning attends this lustrous Select silver dollar. Minimally marked aside from wispy grazes on the portrait. The centers display minor roller marks, as made. Despite a mintage of 5 million pieces, the 1896-S is elusive in Mint State. Certified in an old green label holder.(Registry values: P7, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2564, PCGS# 7244, GSID# 7627)
