Description

Desirable 1896-S Dollar, MS64

1896-S $1 MS64 PCGS. The 1896-S is very desirable in all Mint State grades. The typical example is apt to be in the MS60 to MS63 range. Vibrant luster adorns the essentially untoned surfaces of this near-Gem, and an attentive strike brings out good detail on most of the design elements. A handful of obverse marks define the grade.
