1897-O $1 MS61 NGC. A generally appealing example of this later O-mint issue, well-defined with pleasing luster and a number of wispy abrasions. Hazy cream, orange, and silver-gray patina graces the margins, with splashes of deeper color at the obverse rims.(Registry values: P7, N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2566, PCGS# 7248, GSID# 7629)
