1897-S $1 MS66 Deep Mirror Prooflike NGC. Though experts generally agree that the 1897-S is a well-produced Morgan dollar issue, Deep Mirror Prooflike survivors rarely appear at this level of preservation. The present coin offers powerful mirrors through light silver-gray patina, and elements of orange-tan and crimson visit the margins. Sharply struck with fantastic eye appeal.
