1897-S $1 MS66 Deep Mirror Prooflike NGC. Although the 1897-S is a generally well-produced issue, there are few found in Premium Gem condition and certified Deep Mirror Prooflike. This example is among the fortunate few, with splendid field-device contrast accented by tinges of cinnamon and ice-blue at the rims on each side.
