1898 $1 MS65 Deep Prooflike NGC. An intensely reflective Gem example of this late 19th century issue, boldly struck with excellent field-to-device contrast. Light silver toning over much of the mirrors with gold at the obverse rim and in peripheral patches on the reverse.
