1898-S $1 MS65 NGC. Gold, violet, blue, and slate toning covers the obverse, which contrasts nicely against the brilliant, frosty reverse. Magnificent luster shines beneath the obverse toning, and is especially dazzling on the reverse. A few tiny bag marks on the reverse are the only abrasions visible to the naked eye.From The University Drive Collection.(Registry values: P5, N1793)
