1900 Morgan Dollar
Superb Gem, Near-Perfect Surfaces
1900 $1 MS67 PCGS. CAC. It would take dogged determination
and a great amount of luck to find an equal to this Superb Gem
Philadelphia example. The silver-white surfaces display thick mint
frost and essentially unmarked surfaces. The strike is a trifle
short of full, but far above the norm for this issue. Flashy luster
completes the appeal. No numerically higher-graded examples exist
at PCGS or NGC. Population: 38 in 67 (3 in 67+), 0 finer
(1/15).(Registry values: P2, N4719)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 256E, PCGS# 7264, Greysheet# 7588)
