Frosty Premium Gem 1900-S Silver Dollar
1900-S $1 MS66 PCGS. This is a frosty, pleasing silver-white Premium Gem example of this elusive issue, the finest quality practicably obtainable since both NGC and PCGS have each certified only a single example finer (or one coin that crossed over).
