Attractive Key Date 1901 Dollar MS61
1901 $1 MS61 NGC. This is a highly attractive example of the key date 1901 Morgan dollar for the grade. Well struck throughout, with typical as struck flatness on the eagle's breast feathers, characteristic of a new reverse hub. A coating of cream-gray patina blankets the reverse, while deep multicolored iridescence adorns the obverse, where prooflike fields are very noticeable. Small, scattered marks limit the grade.
