Elusive Gem 1901-S Morgan Dollar
1901-S $1 MS65 NGC. The 1901-S Morgan dollar is an elusive
date in the series. This example has brilliant surfaces with just a
touch of light golden toning. The design elements are sharp,
although the hair strands over Liberty's ear are a little weak.
Extremely clean fields and devices. An elusive issue in Gem quality
and seldom encountered finer than this. Census: 82 in 65, 7 finer
