1903-S $1 MS64 PCGS....
Description
1903-S Silver Dollar, MS64
20th Century Key Morgan Issue
1903-S $1 MS64 PCGS. Among 20th century Morgan dollar issues
only the 1901 Philadelphia issue is rarer than the 1903-S in Choice
Uncirculated condition or finer grades. Most of the 1.24
million-piece mintage entered circulation or was melted. This is a
brilliant and lustrous near-Gem example that displays a sharp
strike throughout both sides. A few tiny, pinpoint marks on
Liberty's cheek and chin are the sole grade-determining factor. A
faint ring of reddish-gold toning along the reverse rim creeps over
the coin's edge along the right-hand border.(Registry values: P7, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 256T, PCGS# 7288, Greysheet# 7660)
