Rare Brilliant Gem 1904 Morgan
1904 $1 MS65 PCGS. Brilliant and lustrous with a good strike and the occasional minor errant mark. The 1904 is fairly plentiful in MS62 through MS64, but suddenly emerges as an important conditional rarity at the MS65 level. Apparently, a few Uncirculated bags survived the Pittman Act melt but were poorly handled.From The JTR Collection.(Registry values: P5, N2998)
