    Description

    Noteworthy 1904 Morgan Dollar, MS66

1904 $1 MS66 NGC. Tied for numerically finest in the combined certified population (7/11), this Premium Gem is one of the best examples of the Philadelphia issue that would have ended the Morgan dollar series if not for its odd 1921 revival. A few light splashes of patina are present at the reverse margins, but otherwise the smoothly lustrous surfaces show little color. Only minor striking softness is noted at the interiors.(Registry values: P5, N2998)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 256U, PCGS# 7290)
