1904-S $1 AU58 NGC. An attractive near-Mint specimen of this key date, the present coin shows only the slightest wear on Liberty's hair above the ear. Much original mint luster clings to the lightly abraded surfaces. The 1904-S Morgan dollar is difficult to locate in Mint State, making this AU58 example a tempting alternative.(Registry values: P7, N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 256W, PCGS# 7294, GSID# 7666)
