Description
Lustrous Gem 1904-S Dollar
1904-S $1 MS65 PCGS. A rarity in properly graded Gem condition, as here, the 1904-S is also in heavy demand from date collectors of the popular Morgan dollar series. Generous cartwheel luster flows from both sides of this splendid silver-white example, and the few tiny contact marks are consistent with an MS65 grade. The reverse is rotated about 20 degrees clockwise with respect to the obverse. PCGS has certified only 11 pieces finer (9 in MS66, 2 in MS67) (8/08).(Registry values: P7, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 256W, PCGS# 7294, GSID# 7666)
