Description
Impressive 1904-S Dollar, MS65
1904-S $1 MS65 PCGS. The 1904-S Gem in this lot displays dazzling luster and just a few wisps of light gold color that shows up under magnification. The design elements are sharply impressed, including good clarity on the eagle's breast feathers and partial definition in the hair at Liberty's ear. Both sides possess a satiny finish, and a few minor marks and luster grazes that preclude an even higher grade. David Bowers, (2005) calls this issue one of the keys in the series. From The Arnold & Harriet Collection, Part Two.(Registry values: P7, N2998)
