    1878-S $1 MS67 PCGS. Our consignor has an unfailing eye for exceptional quality, and this first-year Morgan dollar will be challenging to surpass for either eye appeal or technical merit. The full strike and the problem-free, untoned surfaces radiate frosty silver luster. The fields and Liberty's cheek are smooth and attractive, with a tiny nick on the chin and a few minor scuffs on the neck point the only signs of contact. Population: 35 in 67 (2 in 67+), 1 finer (10/15).(Registry values: P2, N2998)
