1896 $1 MS67 PCGS. A lack of surface distractions and a wealth of radiant, satiny luster confirm the lofty grade of this Philadelphia type coin. A hint of light golden toning graces the extreme outer peripheries, but leaves the well-struck interiors brilliant.
