Radiant All-Seeing Eye and a cherub holding a wreath and torch above a burning altar with family crests and a mirror of truth entwined by a snake and council book with the coat of arms of Amsterdam.

A radiant gold Medal celebrating 50 years of marriage between Arendt van der Waeyen and Sara Hinloopen, the former being a notable Amsterdam merchant and member of the city council. This is reportedly the only gold striking known today besides the Dreesman Collection example residing in the Amsterdam Museum. A rare Dutch Medal with a couple of fantastic pedigrees, sure to catch the eye of high-end exonumia specialists.
