Curious 1850 Ring Cent Pattern, Judd-119 Original

1850 P1C Ring Cent, Judd-119 Original, Pollock-134, R.6, PR 62 PCGS. The obverse shows CENT above and the date below the hole. There are rosettes on either side of the perforation. The legend USA is at the top of the reverse with ONE TENTH SILVER about the lower periphery. Struck in billon (10% silver, 90% copper) with a plain edge. Streaky olive-gray toning overlays both sides of this nearly unmarked example. An interesting pattern issue.
