Not Sold Description
1854 P1C One Cent, Judd-160, Pollock-187, R.4, PR 62 Brown PCGS. The design is similar to that on production large cents except that there are no stars on the obverse, and the diameter is smaller. Struck in copper with a plain edge. Chocolate-brown in color with mottled olive-gray highlights. Were it not for the fact that the proof qualities are hidden beneath the toning scheme, this smooth example might qualify for a higher grade.
