1854 Judd-161 Cent, PR64 Brown
Original Striking, No Stars
1854 P1C One Cent, Judd-161 Original, Pollock-187, R.4, PR64
Brown NGC. The design is similar to the issued Mature Head
large cent, except the diameter is close to a quarter dollar, there
are no stars on the obverse, and the wreath is proportionately
smaller. Struck in copper with a plain edge. The present nicely
struck specimen displays wood-grain surfaces with variegated
apricot-gold and lavender-brown toning. Contact marks are absent
