    Description

    1858 P1C Flying Eagle Cent, Judd-204, Pollock-248, R.5, PR63 NGC. Flying Eagle pattern with a hook-necked eagle in flight on the obverse. The reverse has an oak wreath with a broad, ornamented shield at the top. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. This honey-brown example reveals pleasing reflectivity at direct angles. Well struck, a few faint carbon spots are seen in the fields.
