    Lovely Choice 1858 Indian Cent, Judd-208, Pollock-259, Snow-PT28

    1858 P1C Indian Cent, Judd-208, Pollock-259, Snow-PT28, R.1, MS64 PCGS. The obverse has the date centered rather than low with the rounded bust of 1860 and later issues. The reverse has a laurel wreath with five-leaf clusters. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. This available issue is popular with Indian Head cent collectors as a transitional issue. The shining obverse of this Choice piece is yellow-orange around a pale emerald center, while the reverse offers deeper apricot and gold-orange colors. Well-defined with great eye appeal and housed in a green label holder. Population: 11 in 64, 4 finer (7/07).
