Judd-208, Five-Leaf Clusters

1858 P1C Indian Cent, Judd-208, Pollock-259, Snow-PT28, R.3, MS62 NGC. A transitional pattern that resembles the designs of the issued 1859 cent but is dated 1858. This is the centered date Pollock variant with five leaf clusters on the wreath. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. A fully struck tan-brown pattern with cherry-red and aquamarine undertones. A few small spots on each side correspond to the grade. Certified in a former generation holder.
