    Description

    1858 P1C Indian Cent, Judd-212, Pollock-263, R.4--Polished--ICG. PR60 Details. Obverse similar to the Indian Head cent, but dated 1858. The reverse has an oak wreath with a large shield bordered by scrollwork at the top. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. On the present specimen, the violet-tinged surfaces are unnaturally lustrous from polishing, though there is no detail loss.
