    Judd-213 Proof 1858 Indian Cent

    1858 P1C Indian Cent, Judd-213, Pollock-258, Snow-PT22, R.5--Improperly Cleaned--NGC Details. Proof. The obverse is the Indian type as issued in 1859, but dated 1858. The reverse is the same as used on Flying Eagle cents. The Broad Bust Point, Centered Date, Low Leaves Pollock and Snow subvariety of Judd-213. This well struck example lacks hairlines but the luster is subdued and the straw-gold color is slightly off.
