    Popular and Inexpensive Judd-228 Indian Cent Pattern

    1859 Indian Cent, Judd-228, Pollock-272, R.1, MS 61 PCGS. Indian cent with the obverse of 1859 paired with the reverse of 1860. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. Not quite fully struck, the bright surfaces more closely resemble a bronze coin than one struck from copper-nickel alloy.
