1859 P1C Indian Cent, Judd-228, Pollock-272, R.1, MS63 PCGS. A transitional pattern with the obverse of 1859 paired with the reverse of 1860. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. Golden-honey color is seen throughout, some streaks of deeper patina have gathered over the central obverse. There are few surface blemishes for the assigned grade, but the overall appearance is somewhat muted.
