Description
1863 1C One Cent, Judd-299, Pollock-359, R.3, PR64 Red PCGS. Struck with medal turn from regular issue dies, but with a bronze alloy instead of the authorized copper-nickel composition. A needle-sharp representative that has orange-gold, ruby-red, and olive hues. A few small obverse toning spots detract little from the eye appeal.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# F3FA, PCGS# 80454, GSID# 12540)
