1863 Two Cent Piece, PR65 Brown
    Judd-312, GOD OUR TRUST

1863 2C Two Cents, Judd-312, Pollock-377, R.4, PR65 Brown NGC. CAC. The design resembles the adopted two cent piece of the following year, except the motto is GOD OUR TRUST, the word CENTS is sharply curved within the reverse wreath, and ribbon ends are absent. The 6 in the date is lightly repunched south. Struck in bronze with a plain edge. Aquamarine toning bathes the fields of this fully struck, satiny, and unabraded Gem.
