    Bronze Alloy 1863 GOD OUR TRUST Two Cent Pattern

    1863 2C Two Cents, Judd-312A, Pollock-377, R.4, PR65 Brown PCGS. The design is similar to that adopted on regular issue Two Cent pieces in 1864, but the motto GOD OUR TRUST has been substituted for IN GOD WE TRUST on the obverse and the word CENTS on the reverse is sharply curved. Struck in bronze with a plain edge. Vividly toned in navy-blue, ruby-red, and gold colors. A needle-sharp and lovingly preserved Gem. Encapsulated in a first generation PCGS holder.(#60468)
