Description
1865 3CN Three Cent Nickel, Judd-413, Pollock-484, R.6-7, PR 65 Red and Brown NGC. Regular die trials issue for the 1865 three cent nickel. Struck in copper with a plain edge. The rich, purple-brown surfaces exhibit vibrant orange-pink undertones at select angles. The strike is bold and both sides are free of even the most inconsequential distraction.
