Description
1865 3C Three Cent Nickel, Judd-413, Pollock-484, R.6-7, PR63 Red and Brown PCGS. Regular die trials issue for the 1865 three cent nickel. Struck in copper with a plain edge. This is a mostly lustrous example with dominant orange-red coloration. There are a few blushes of blue-gray and tan patina over the obverse, but grade-limiting hairlines are at a minimum. A nice specimen.
