1866 Shield Nickel Pattern
1866 5C Shield Five Cents, Judd-502, Pollock-588, R.8, PR63
Brown PCGS. Regular dies obverse, paired with a reverse that
features a large fancy 5 within a wreath instead of stars as on the
adopted issue. Struck in copper with a plain edge. A
chocolate-brown example that boasts a razor-sharp strike and only a
