Description
1866 Five-Cent, Judd-462, Pollock-536, R.7, PR 63 Red and Brown. Five-cent pattern featuring George Washington in profile, facing right, on the obverse. The reverse has the 5 of the denomination central on that side, surrounded by a laurel wreath. Struck in copper with a plain edge. Deep cherry-red color is intermingled with cobalt-blue on each side. There is an obvious carbon spot on the reverse, just left of the 5.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 70657, Greysheet# 12849)
