Description
1869 3CN Three Cent Nickel, Judd-676, Pollock-753, R.5, PR63 PCGS. Similar to the adopted design except that the surface of the Roman numeral is smooth and the date larger. Struck in nickel with a plain edge. The golden-gray surfaces are kept from a higher grade by scattered carbon flecks.
