1869 3CN Three Cent Nickel, Judd-676, Pollock-753, R.4, PR65 PCGS. Similar to the circulating three cent nickel, but the portrait is reduced in scale and the denominational columns are plain rather than ribbed. Struck in nickel with a plain edge.
