    PR58 Details

    1869 50C Standard Silver Half Dollar, Judd-742, Pollock-823, R.5 -- Artificially Toned -- ANACS. Proof, PR58 Details. A bust of Liberty faces right with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around and a scroll with IN GOD WE TRUST below. Liberty wears a cap ornamented with two large stars. The reverse has 50 CENTS centered within a wreath of oak and laurel leaves with STANDARD SILVER above and the date 1869 below. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Lightly rubbed with artificial blue-and-green toning but still a collectible example of a rare Standard Silver pattern.
