    Plain Edge Standard Silver Quarter, Judd-809

    1869 Standard Silver Quarter, Judd-728, Pollock-809, R.6-7, PR 64. On the obverse a bust of Liberty faces right wearing a diadem, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is around most of that side with IN GOD WE TRUST on a ribbon below. The reverse has 25 CENTS in the center and is surrounded by a wreath of oak and laurel leaves with STANDARD SILVER at the top and the date below. Struck in silver with a plain edge. Well mirrored and mostly untoned with a small, shallow scrape in the lower right obverse field.
