PR66 Brown NGC. CAC. A capped bust of Liberty faces right with
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around and IN GOD WE TRUST on a scroll
below. On the reverse 10 CENTS and 1870 are within a wreath of
cotton and corn with STANDARD above. Struck in copper with a plain
edge. A sharply detailed Premium Gem proof, this pattern exhibits
brilliant emerald and gold toning over its mirrored surfaces. A
