    1870 25C Quarter Dollar, Judd-883, Pollock-981, Low R.7, PR66 NGC. William Barber's obverse depicts a seated figure of Liberty facing left, with 13 stars around and the date below. The reverse is the regular Seated Liberty quarter. Struck in silver with a plain edge. Lovely cherry-red and lime-green toning endows the flashy and fields. Intricately impressed and undisturbed. Census: 2 in 66, 1 finer as 66 Cameo (11/13).
