1870 50C Standard Silver Half Dollar, Judd-987, Pollock-1116, R.7, PR63 PCGS. Standard Silver design with Liberty facing right wearing a headband with a star, a scroll below, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA above. The reverse has 50 CENTS in the center and is surrounded by a wreath of oak and laurel with 1870 below and STANDARD SILVER above. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Lightly and evenly toned with strongly mirrored fields.
