She holds a branch in her lowered hand. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the date surround. Regular half dime cereal wreath reverse. Struck in copper with a plain edge. Beautifully patinated ocean-blue throughout. The strike is bold and the eye appeal is outstanding. Numerically finest at either leading service. Population: 1 in 67 Brown, 0 finer (9/20).
