    Description

Choice Proof 1871 Judd-1148 Pattern Dollar

1871 $1 One Dollar, Judd-1148, Pollock-1290, R.6-7, PR64 Red and Brown PCGS. Ex: New Millennium Collection. Longacre's design features Liberty seated next to a globe with a feathered bonnet, flags behind, and a staff in her hand with a cap at the end. The regular Seated Liberty reverse die is used. Struck in copper with a plain edge. This razor-sharp near-Gem has luminous peach and ruby-red colors. A few tiny carbon flecks approach the devices but do not substantially reduce the charm of this lovely and rare specimen.

When it came to selling my coin collection I decided they were my first and only choice. They never disappoint. Excellent prices when selling through their auctions and you don’t even have to put any reserves on any coins. Simply the biggest company but more importantly the best. Consign with Heritage when you're ready to sell.
