1871 T$1 Commercial Dollar, Judd-1155, Pollock-1299, R.7-8, PR 63 NGC. Commercial dollar pattern that depicts Liberty seated on the obverse, conjoined flags behind, left hand resting on the globe, and right hand wrapped around a Liberty Pole with Phrygian Cap on top. The reverse has COMMERCIAL DOLLAR/420 Grs/900 FINE in the center, surrounded by an olive wreath with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA at the upper margin. Struck in silver with a plain edge.
